In 1978 the CEO-to-Worker compensation ratio was 30:1. In 2013 the CEO-to-Worker compensation ratio was 296:1. [statistics taken from “The Unbanking of America” by Lisa Servon}.  Belief in economic growth benefiting the average American is a fairy tale. We all know before Disney editing there was no happy ending.
